My Journey Portal is a single hub for information and documents relating to your rental. You can log in and access your rental agreement, tax invoice, toll invoice, damage pack and more, as they are made available. We will notify you whenever new information or documents are uploaded to My Journey Portal to ensure that you are up to date at every stage of your rental.
Once you have confirmed your booking with Hertz, you will receive an email with a link to access My Journey Portal. Alternatively, you can click on the button below.
How do I login to My Journey Portal?
To Login to My Journey Portal, enter your Rental Agreement number and your date of birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY. If you have accessed My Journey Portal via your email, you will only be required to enter your date of birth to successfully login.
Corporate travellers can also sign in using the Corporate Login feature. To use this feature, tick the ‘corporate account’ box and enter the Rental Agreement number, the Renter’s Last name and either the last 4 digits of the credit card used or the customer discount program (CDP) code.*
*Please ensure that you enter the CDP with no leading zeros i.e. “12345” instead of “000012345”.
