• SkyMiles members are eligible to earn miles for every $1 spent* on Hertz Car Rentals:
  • Base SkyMiles Members: 4 miles per every $1 spent
  • Silver Medallion^® Members: 5 miles per every $1 spent
  • Gold Medallion^® Members: 6 miles per every $1 spent
  • Platinum Medallion^® Members: 7 miles per every $1 spent
  • Diamond Medallion^® Members: 8 miles per every $1 spent
• Miles can be earned on all qualifying rentals at participating Hertz locations worldwide.
• Retroactive Mileage Credit can be requested up to 6 months after rental date by clicking the "Retroactive Credit Form" below.
• For rentals in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada when the renter chooses to receive miles in the Delta Air Lines SkyMiles programs the Frequent Flyer Surcharge will be calculated based on the Federal Excise Tax expense incurred by Hertz when it purchases miles from Delta Air Lines. Under the Tax Relief Act of 1997, all companies that purchase Frequent Flyer miles from airlines must pay a 7.5% Excise Tax on the cost of those miles.
