What’s Included?

Vehicle Cover

• Zero excess to pay for any damage to the vehicle, including glass and tyre damage

• Assistance if you lose the keys or can’t access the vehicle
• Assistance if you run the battery flat
• Assistance if you run out of fuel
• Flat tyre mounting service

Personal Accident & Personal Effects (PA/PE)#

• Cover for death or major injury to you or your passengers
• Cover for non-Australian residents medical and hospital expenses
• Cover for loss of or damages to possessions in vehicle

Additional Drivers

• No fees for additional drivers

Young Drivers

• No surcharge for drivers aged 21-24

Early Return Fee

• No fee charged if a vehicle is returned early

Towing Fee

• No additional charges for towing

Administration Fees

• General administration charges associated with claims processing, cleaning, infringement management and postage are included (excluding Tolls administration fees)

• Tolls - Tolls and associated administration fees are not included
• Fuel - Fuel is not included
• Infringements - Speeding fines, parking fines and other infringements will be on-charged to the customer

SuperCover is available from $46 per day on Hertz standard vehicles and from $60 per day on Prestige and Adrenaline Collections and other speciality vehicles.*

SuperCover is not available on Dream Collection vehicles or heavy commercial vehicles. SuperCover will not apply in the event that the vehicle is used for a prohibited use in breach of the Hertz Australia terms and conditions. #PA/PE Cover is for the renter and up to 12 occupants in the Hertz vehicle and can only be aquired in conjunction with a rental for a Hertz vehicle.
