     Phoenix, AZ San Francisco, CA San Diego, CA San Jose, CA Seattle, WA

2. After selecting the preferred location, select the dates and times you would like to reserve the Shelby GT-H
   
   
3. Look for the (D4) Hertz Shelby GT-H Mustang Car Class within the Vehicles Menu and click, Select for Quote
   
   
4. Select any Optional Services you may need in the Choose Extras step and select Submit
   
5. Review your reservation and make any necessary changes, like adding in your Hertz Gold Plus Rewards^® ID, before selecting Submit
