The Blues on Broadbeach Festival is an annual music festival which has been taking place on Broadbeach every year since 2002. Considered one of Australia’s iconic Blues Festivals, the Blues on Broadbeach Festival celebrates blues talent from Australia and around the world. Attracting thousands of visitors, it offers a relaxed, village-like atmosphere as well as performances from talented musicians.

Artists in Blues on Broadbeach Festival

A range of talented artists will be performing over the four day festival across six outdoor stages and various other venues. This year’s impressive lineup features more than 60 acts and promises something for everyone. Food and Drinks in Blues on Broadbeach Festival

The restaurants and cafes along Broadbeach will remain open during the festival so you’ll have plenty of wining and dining options. This close proximity to the festival means you can book a table at one of the restaurants and enjoy your meal while enjoying the festival atmosphere.

 

The festival is unlicensed so you’re not permitted to bring alcohol to the event, but there are number of licensed venues you can stop by for a drink.

Getting in Blues on Broadbeach Festival

Reaching the festival is easy by public transport or by driving over in the Gold Coast Airport car hire you picked up from Hertz at Gold Coast airport. If you decide to drive, be aware of road closures. There are a number of options for parking your hire car, including in the Broadbeach State School Oval (check the site for opening times), the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre or the Oasis Shopping Centre.
