Sepia
A popular choice for almost a decade, this restaurant is the creative collaboration of its chef and a leading seafood wholesaler, so it’s no surprise that their Japanese-inspired menu showcases seafood to excellent effect. Offering five and nine course tasting menus, settle in for a unique and incredible dining experience here. Their eclectic and internationally sourced wine list is also worth exploring. You can even pick up the restaurants cookbook and try your hand at some of the dishes yourself if you’re feeling particularly brave.

A newcomer on the Sydney scene, this is Neil Perry’s latest venture. Jade Temple is a Cantonese fine dining restaurant that promises to be as exciting as its sister, Spice Temple.
