Mollymook

A two-and-a-half-hour drive from Canberra brings you to the seaside and the little town of Mollymook. Batemans BaySituated at the entrance of the Clyde River, this beachside haven is the jewel of the Eurobodalla region. Its expansive marina makes it a favourite for anglers where deep sea fishing tours depart daily, and gourmet fans enjoy sampling the Clyde River oysters right at the source. Just a two-hour drive from Canberra, it’s the closest beachside getaway, so if you’re craving ocean views and you want your weekend away to start as soon as possible this is should be your top pick.

Berrima

A scenic eighty minute drive from Canberra brings you to beautiful Berrima. This gorgeous Georgian era village is just packed with picturesque charm. There’s a hub of vibrant cafes, restaurants and shops with Instagram-worthy views in every direction. It’s the perfect place to spend a few days in a nice B&B to relax and recharge, or if you’re after a little action you’re surrounded by beautiful national parks that provide a multitude of opportunities to hike, cycle and kayak.

Bowral

From casual cafes and a hatted restaurant to an abundance of wineries, we can guarantee that you won’t be short of dining choices. For cricket fans, the Bradman Centre is a must see, full of interactive displays and enough sporting memorabilia to please even the most avid enthusiast.
